  1. 1) Fry the garlic in oil until brown. 

    2) Clean the prawns well before adding them to a frying pan along with the bay leaves, the juice and zest of the limes, and the flour. 

    3) Roughly crush the nuts then add them to the prawns along with the noodles and the bean sprouts. 

    4) Serve once cooked.
