Spaghetti with Pesto and Macadamias

Ingredients
  • 400 grams wheat spaghetti or quinoa spaghetti
  • 1 good handful of fresh basil (blanched)
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 50 grams macadamias
  • 50 grams hard cheese (grated)
  • 250 milliliters olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
  1. 1) Cook the pasta. 

    2) Coat it in oil and set aside. 

    3) Blanch the basil in hot water for a few seconds. 

    4) Blend the rest of the ingredients to make a sauce and serve cold on the hot spaghetti.
