Ingredients
  • 200 grams cooked rice noodles
  • 1 kilogram prawns
  • 150 grams soy bean sprouts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves the juice of
  • 2 limes and the zest of 1
  • 20 flour
  • 25 milliliters oil pinch of salt
  • 25 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams macadamias
Instructions
  1. 1) Fry the garlic in oil until brown. 

    2) Clean the prawns well before adding them to a frying pan along with the bay leaves, the juice and zest of the limes, and the flour. 

    3) Roughly crush the nuts then add them to the prawns along with the noodles and the bean sprouts. 

    4) Serve once cooked.
