Pistachios not only are they a big food trend, they are the star of this tasty Pistachio Hummus realfooding.
- In a food processor add pistachios, olive oil and half of water. Process until a paste is formed.
- Add in chickpeas with our water, garlic cloves, lemon juice. Process until hummus consistency is reached. Add water if thinner consistency desired.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste
Serve with veggies, chips of choice. or pita. Is a healthy and delicious dip or sandwich spread!
