Ingredients
  • 200 grams chickpeas
  • 125 grams raw pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Pistachios not only are they a big food trend, they are the star of this tasty Pistachio Hummus realfooding.

    1. In a food processor add pistachios, olive oil and half of water. Process until a paste is formed.
    2. Add in chickpeas with our water, garlic cloves, lemon juice. Process until hummus consistency is reached. Add water if thinner consistency desired.
    3. Add salt and pepper, to taste

    Serve with veggies, chips of choice. or pita. Is a healthy and delicious dip or sandwich spread!
