Ingredients
  • 400 grams couscous
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 8 figs
  • 20 grams pine nuts
  • 50 grams pistachios
  • 5 grams turmeric
  • 5 grams cumin
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
  1. 1) Cook the couscous according to the packet instructions.
    2) Chop and fry the garlic in a pan with oil.
    3) Add the finely sliced sweet potato.
    4) Once cooked, add the figs, pine nuts, pistachios and the spices.
    5) Add the couscous and cook for another 10 minutes.
