Ingredients
  • 1 cup of almond drink
  • 4 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • ¼ cup of chopped dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp. of shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. 1) Whisk together almond drink and chia seeds in a small bowl.
    2) Cover and chill overnight.
    3) Serve topped with dried apricots and shredded coconut.
